I live in an unfinished neighborhood with about 40 flat parcels of dirt surrounding me where houses were supposed to be built. The builder “Frontier Homes” is still a viable business, operating in another state under a different name. I didn’t buy this home three years ago thinking I would be living like this. Is there a way I could get the builder to buy the property back?
